The air conditioning unit made a disruptive noise, reminiscent of a semi-truck, hindering sleep. Cleanliness was also a concern. I found a dead cockroach and stained sheets in my room, which left much to be desired. The breakfast hours were miscommunicated at check-in, causing confusion for early risers. The hotel appears in need of maintenance, with visible wear in various areas like the walls and bathroom.

Cleanliness could use some major improvement!!! I encountered stained sheets, unpleasant odors, and dead bugs, none of which belong in a hotel!!! The air conditioning unit made disturbing noise that disrupted sleep!!!

I had an extra special stay and would come here again, thank you very much. Magnificent location and spotless place, I liked best and excellant stuff. My bed was nice and the room was recently refurbished and well-appointed with a kitchenette. The breakfast was hot and there was a lot of nice food. Location: the hotel was next to various restaurants. I tried some drinks at bar Percy and Willie's, located 10 minutes walk away.

I expected a comfortable stay but was greeted with a red stain on the sheet that looked like blood and a dead cockroach on the floor. And don't get me started on the rudest front desk staff who woudl ve been much more helpful if they had offered me a room change. Absolutely unacceptable-too many other options out there.

Spacious room met our needs perfectly, especially traveling with kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options that my family really enjoyed. Sharon and Cynthia, the ladies overseeing breakfast, were kind and attentive. The beautiful Veterans Park behind the hotel was a great surprise. Check-in was quite slow and we noticed a lack of friendliness at the front desk. The carpet in our room could've used a good vacuuming, and there were a few hairs on the sofa.
